A pair of Sevres ecuelles.

Two similar late eighteenth century Sevres ecuelles and covers raised on quatrefoil stands. Ground in bleu celeste, with tooled gilt cartouches and finely painted on one example with fancy birds and the other with putti and musical instruments. Painted crossed L marks, one with painters mark V. Stands 18.25cm.
